We request our users to take these guidelines seriously and any violation of the same will be reported to the Institute authorities for appropriate action.

- Patrons may download, print, or save reasonable portions of e-resources for personal use.
- Proper citation practices must be followed when using e-resource content in academic or research work.

- Reporting Issues
- Users are encouraged to report any technical issues, access problems, or suspected violations of this policy to the library staff.
- Consequences of Violation
- All Publishers regularly track the access to their subscribed electronic resources by our Institute. If there is any misuse, the Institute or Librarian is informed with specifics on the types of infringement. Institute/Library are required to act right away having signed license agreements with all publishers. Publishers frequently revoke access to electronic resources while waiting for the Institute or Library to take appropriate action. Access may be suspended for all journals published by the same publisher in addition to those whose license agreements were broken. Additionally, not only is access suspended for the specific offender but also for the entire institution.
- If any of our Institute users violate the above-mentioned electronic resources usage policy, they would risk having their library access suspended and access to the resource(s) blocked. This is applicable to users of this service at all levels.
- Policy Review
- This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in meeting the library's goals and the evolving needs of its patrons. Any updates or revisions will be communicated to users through appropriate channels.
